An entire new concept developed over 1 year and 8 months, with a dedicated team. The aim was to create a fresh and functional interface on the basis of an existing structure and at the same time design new flows and optimize interaction models. The project involved us throughout the entire life cycle: from the ideation and design concept phase (ux, prototyping, design detail, usability test support), up to the design quality check during the final tests and the final release on the digital stores. The innovative design concept led to the creation of a completely personalized experience that reshapes the relationship with the bank from a user perspective making banking processes accessible to all. A revolutionary project for more that 2 million users.
